Our read on this bat against other USA Softball slowpitch bats: barrel performance first, then shopper ratings, value and build. Certification standards cap how hot a bat may play, so we grade each bat against the ones it actually competes with rather than across the whole catalog. The diamond is the same read as a base hit: a Single is a lower rating, a Home run rounds all four bases.
